On the 2 day trip to Jinchuan (Golden River) in the Tibetan Region of SIchuan we saw this accident (and another waiting to happen - the coming truck was badly overloaded and its load shifted). Ropes thrown over the top and 20 men tried to hold the load back as it inched its way past...
